Secure-Rights (also known as Secure-R) is a service or product offered by Citadel House to help our customers, including operators, content providers, business users or developers, to package their own contents into DRM-OMA compliant format, so as to protect the contents from being unauthorized use or distribution in the mobile world, which may affect our customers' revenues and profits. Contents include but not limited to video, audio, music, java and flash lite applications.

CH offers the services to support our customers to encrypt the content and generate key to protect the contents based on the OMA standard with different usage rights and rules.

These services provide flexibility to our customers to protect the contents and push key to users without incurring huge amount of capital expenditures. User-friendly and Ease-to-use Web interface would be provided to access modules of Secure-R, ANYTIME and ANYWHERE in the world.

Along with the DRM technology provided by Secure-R, CHL will also provide the content management, and download platform which are readily integrated with our customers' billing and settlement platform.
