Citadel House Limited (CHL) is a house of technology based in Hong Kong, which is established in the year of 2005, from a pool of experts coming from different areas including device application development, web portal design and programming, system software, and system integration. We aim at realizing new and the latest mobile technologies in the world and turn them into new solutions for our customers.

Our core expert and consultancy team is coming from the Telecommunications-IT background who have strong experience in term of device application development and more importantly device limitations which plays the critical part on mobile application and platform development.
