CORE 2: New Technology Development

Several technology projects are undergoing, and we aim to develop new solutions to different markets based on the new technologies defined around the world, and also the innovations generated by our expert teams. This may include Multimedia solutions on different device platforms, DRM solutions, CMS, and many many more mobile devices solutions. Our products, which have been developed based on the new technologies, provide integrated solutions for both internet and wireless or mobile world.

PILLAR 3 - Technology Productization

• Technology Productization will be the process and steps of how we turn a new mobile technology into a new commercialized full-support solutions and products. This process will heavily involve the service and product design standards defined in ITIL, and a lot of CHL-defined evaluation and integration works in order to ensure that a high quality of the products developed by CHL can be achieved.

PILLAR 4 - Technology Engineering

• Technology Engineering is another process and steps that we will follow in order to develop a new mobile products and applications based on the new technology, and it also suits the market requirements simultaneously. This process will also adhere to the service strategy and design standards of ITIL.
